Cash On Delivery (Cod) Policy

Stampee offers Cash on Delivery as a convenience to customers, with structured terms to avoid operational misuse.
1. Cod Availability
- Available only in select pin codes.
- Availability shown at checkout.
2. Cod Confirmation
Every COD order requires confirmation via:
- Phone call
- SMS
Unconfirmed orders are automatically cancelled.
3. Cod Charges
COD convenience fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Terms
- Only cash is accepted on delivery.
- Delivery personnel will not accept UPI, card, or partial payments.
- Full invoice amount must be paid before the package is handed over.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure:
- Availability at delivery address
- Correct address and contact info
- Cash ready at delivery
6. Cod Abuse Prevention
Stampee reserves the right to:
- Block COD for users with repeated return/refusal patterns
- Demand prepaid orders for future purchases
- Take legal action for fraudulent COD orders
7. Non-Delivery Scenarios
A COD order will be marked as failed if:
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer unavailable
- Customer lacks cash
- Incorrect address provided
- Re-shipping charges may apply for future orders.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
All COD-related matters will be governed by Bangalore court jurisdiction.

1. Process For Cancellation
Step 1 - Request

Step 3 - Approval / Denial
- If order not processed → cancellation approved
- If already processed → cancellation denied

- Orders dispatched or in transit
- COD orders after confirmation call
- Sale/discounted products
- Limited-edition or high-demand items
3. Multiple Order Abuse
Repeated cancellation attempts may lead to:
- Account review
- Temporary blocking
- Permanent ban (for COD abuse cases)
